Principle 1 : Goal Setting
You can’t score without a goal. In order for you to turn your vision into reality, you need to know what you’re after and WHY its a MUST for you.
With this exercise I recommend you choose just 3 goals for the next 21 days. 1 goal easy, 1 goal intermediate, and 1 goal really challenging but yet still attainable.
What does your perfect ideal day look like? Clarity is power.
Principle 2 : Time Management
We all get the same time to get things done. Each day has 24 hours, which is 1,440 minutes, which is 86400 seconds. It’s time to make sure each second counts!

How are you spending your precious 24 hours daily? Which areas matter most to you? Stay focused on things you actually want.
Principle 3 : Resourcefulness
Rarely is someone not successful at achieving what they want because they don’t have the funds, connections, or will power. When you start to realize life happens for you, and not to you. You start to open new doors you didn’t even realize.
Success is when preparation meets opportunity.
Principle 4 : Discipline
If it was easy, everybody would do it. Don’t let your lazy brain control your daily actions. Change starts with you. In order for you to achieve what you want, you must take massive amount of actions and don’t think twice about it!
If you wait until the conditions in your life are “just right” or “perfect” you waited to long.
Train your lazy brain and just do it! Done is ALWAYS better than PERFECT!
Principle 5 : Accountability
Positive pressure is a real power. It becomes more real when you tell the world what you want to accomplish. You have people counting on you. This new standard of living is bigger than just you.
